{"data":{"id":"us-mt/52-3-602","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"52-3-602","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this part, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Local ombudsman\" means a person officially designated by the long-term care ombudsman to act as the long-term care ombudsman's local representative.\n(2) \"Long-term care facility\" means a facility or part of a facility that provides skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, or personal care, as these terms are defined in 50-5-101.\n(3) \"Long-term care ombudsman\" means the individual appointed under 42 U.S.C. 3027(a)(12) to fulfill the federal requirement that the state provide an advocate for residents of long-term care facilities.","path":["TITLE 52.
