{"data":{"id":"us-mt/52-5-120","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"52-5-120","heading":"Youth industries programs.","body":"The department of corrections may:\n(1) establish youth industries programs in state correctional facilities that:\n(a) assist in the training and rehabilitation of residents who are youth at correctional facilities; and\n(b) provide the production or manufacture of products and the rendering of services that may be needed by:\n(i) a department or agency of the state of Montana or a unit of local government;\n(ii) an agency of the federal government; or\n(iii) an office or agency of another state or a political subdivision of another state;\n(2) contract with private industry for the sale of goods produced or manufactured at correctional facilities; and\n(3) fix the purchase price for goods and services available under the industries program established in subsection (1).","path":["TITLE 52.
