Rules adopted by the department may include rules regarding:\n(1) requirements for participation of youth in industries programs;\n(2) the type of training and experience to be provided to youth under these programs;\n(3) the type of goods and services to be sold under the industries programs;\n(4) contracts with private industry for the sale of goods produced or manufactured at correctional facilities; and\n(5) payment of wages to youth working in industries programs.","path":["TITLE 52.
