{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-19-304","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-19-304","heading":"Officers -- meetings -- quorum -- compensation.","body":"(1) The committee shall choose a presiding officer from its members.\n(2) The committee shall meet at least four times a year and at other times as determined by the presiding officer or by a majority of the committee.\n(3) Seven members of the committee constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.\n(4) All members of the committee are entitled to reimbursement of expenses as provided in 2-18-501 through 2-18-503. Members of the committee who are not state employees are also entitled to receive compensation as provided in 2-15-122 for each day that they are engaged in official business of the committee.","path":["TITLE 53.
