{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-2-1202","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-2-1202","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this part, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Act\" means the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128, 29 U.S.C. 3101, et seq.\n(2) \"Board\" means the Montana state workforce innovation board provided for in 53-2-1203.\n(3) \"One-stop center\" means one or more entities designated or certified under section 121(d) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. 3151(d).\n(4) \"One-stop delivery system\" means a system under which entities responsible for administering separate workforce investment, educational, and other human resource programs and funding sources collaborate to create a seamless system of service delivery to enhance access to the programs' services and improve long-term employment outcomes for individuals receiving assistance.","path":["TITLE 53.
