{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-6-1602","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-6-1602","heading":"Reporting services.","body":"(1) The department of public health and human services shall include the following services in its cost reporting process:\n(a) adult mental health;\n(b) children's mental health;\n(c) substance use disorder;\n(d) developmental disabilities; and\n(e) senior and long-term care.\n(2) Services included in the cost report must be funded in one of the following ways:\n(a) as a medicaid state plan service;\n(b) through a medicaid state plan option available to the state under 42 U.S.C. 1396n(k);\n(c) under any type of medicaid waiver program;\n(d) state-funded services; or\n(e) other identified funding sources that support services in subsection (1).","path":["TITLE 53.
