{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-6-2210","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-6-2210","heading":"Cancer screening account.","body":"(1) There is a cancer screening account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 to the credit of the department of public health and human services.\n(2) The account consists of:\n(a) money collected from the donation provided for in 61-3-303(6)(c);\n(b) other gifts and donations to the department for cancer screening efforts; and\n(c) interest and income earned on the account.\n(3) Money in the account must be used by the department of public health and human services to support cancer screening efforts.","path":["TITLE 53.
