{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-6-804","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-6-804","heading":"Rulemaking and certification of policies by commissioner and department.","body":"(1) The commissioner and the department may by rule adopt requirements for certification of long-term care insurance policies and certificates. These requirements may include but are not limited to:\n(a) minimum levels and durations of benefits;\n(b) mandatory inflation protection;\n(c) mandatory home and community care coverage;\n(d) case management; and\n(e) procedures for the insured to appeal a denial of benefits.\n(2) The commissioner and the department shall review long-term care insurance policies and certificates to determine whether policies and certificates meet the requirements for certification pursuant to this section.","path":["TITLE 53.
