{"data":{"id":"us-mt/53-7-302","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"53-7-302","heading":"Administration.","body":"The department may:\n(1) cooperate with other departments and agencies and institutions, both public and private, in providing the services authorized by this part to persons with blindness or low vision; in studying the problems involved in vocational rehabilitation; and in establishing, developing, and providing programs, facilities, and services;\n(2) conduct research and compile statistics relating to the provision of services to or the need of services for persons with blindness or low vision;\n(3) accept and use gifts to carry out this part; and\n(4) make rules and take any other action it determines necessary or appropriate to carry out this part.","path":["TITLE 53.
