{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-10-147","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-10-147","heading":"Penalties for using highway when use is restricted.","body":"(1) It is a misdemeanor for a person, firm, or corporation to violate any of the provisions of 61-10-128(2).\n(2) A person, firm, or corporation first convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of any of the provisions of 61-10-128(2) shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $50. For a second conviction within 1 year the person, firm, or corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $200. On a third or subsequent conviction within 1 year after the first conviction the person, firm, or corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 or more than $500.","path":["TITLE 61.
