{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-11-507","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-11-507","heading":"Required disclosure.","body":"Upon application, proof of the identity of a person requesting a record, and payment of the fees required in 61-11-510, the department shall disclose personal information, excluding highly restricted personal information, from a motor vehicle record for use in implementing federal law and federal regulations regarding:\n(1) motor vehicle or driver safety and theft;\n(2) motor vehicle emissions;\n(3) motor vehicle product alterations, recalls, or advisories;\n(4) performance monitoring of motor vehicles and dealers by motor vehicle manufacturers; and\n(5) removal of nonowner records from the original owner records of motor vehicle manufacturers.","path":["TITLE 61.
