{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-3-323","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-3-323","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in 61-3-323 through 61-3-325, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Domicile\" means the county in which a motor vehicle is most frequently used, dispatched, or controlled.\n(2) \"Fleet\" means motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers owned or leased by a person operating the motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers in this state in a quantity set by the department pursuant to 61-14-101.","path":["TITLE 61.
