{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-3-462","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-3-462","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in 61-3-461 through 61-3-468, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Collegiate license plates\" means license plates bearing the colors, numerals, letters, and insignia provided in 61-3-463 and issued as provided in 61-3-464 through 61-3-466.\n(2) \"Institution\" means:\n(a) a unit of the Montana university system as designated in 20-25-201;\n(b) a community college district as defined in 20-15-101; or\n(c) a college or university located in Montana and accredited by a national or regional accrediting association for institutions of higher learning to grant baccalaureate degrees.","path":["TITLE 61.
