{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-5-134","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-5-134","heading":"Operation of motor vehicle by minor in violation of restricted first-year license -- penalty.","body":"(1) A person whose driver's license is restricted under 61-5-133 may not operate a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, in violation of a restriction imposed under that section.\n(2) A person convicted under this section shall be ordered to perform not less than 20 hours or more than 60 hours of community service.\n(3) Upon receipt of a report of a second or subsequent conviction under this section, the department shall suspend the person's driver's license for 6 months.
