{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-5-203","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-5-203","heading":"Suspending privileges of nonresidents and unlicensed persons.","body":"(1) The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on the highways of this state given to a nonresident pursuant to 61-5-104(2) through (4) is subject to suspension or revocation by the department in like manner and for like causes as a driver's license issued under this chapter.\n(2) An unlicensed person's privilege to apply for and be issued a driver's license in this state is subject to suspension or revocation by the department in like manner and for like causes as a driver's license issued under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 61.
