{"data":{"id":"us-mt/61-8-379","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"61-8-379","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in 61-8-380 through 61-8-384, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Funeral escort vehicle\" means a motor vehicle properly equipped pursuant to 61-8-381.\n(2) \"Funeral lead vehicle\" means a motor vehicle, including a funeral hearse that is properly equipped pursuant to 61-8-381, leading and facilitating the movement of a funeral procession.\n(3) \"Funeral procession\" means two or more motor vehicles, one of which is carrying the remains of a deceased person, in the daylight hours, including a funeral lead vehicle and a funeral escort vehicle.","path":["TITLE 61.
