{"data":{"id":"us-mt/69-3-1604","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"69-3-1604","heading":"Commission rulemaking.","body":"(1) The commission shall adopt rules that guide the Montana energy impact assistance bond and financing order processes in accordance with this part.\n(2) The rules must establish:\n(a) guidelines that are consistent with the objectives in 69-3-1602 for:\n(i) meeting Montana's electricity supply resource needs; and\n(ii) managing the portfolio of electricity supply resources.\n(b) minimum filing requirements for applications filed pursuant to this part; and\n(c) penalties for failure to comply with 69-3-1616.\n(3) The commission may adopt any other rules necessary to:\n(a) govern its proceedings and procedures for the filing, investigation, and hearing of applications submitted in accordance with this part; and\n(b) implement the provisions of this part.","path":["TITLE 69.
