{"data":{"id":"us-mt/69-3-327","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"69-3-327","heading":"Subpoena of witnesses.","body":"If any party ordered to appear before the commission as a witness fails to obey the order, the commission or its staff may apply to the clerk of the nearest district court for a subpoena commanding the attendance of the witness before the commission. It is the duty of the clerk to issue the subpoena and of any peace officer to serve the subpoena.
