{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-13-102","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-13-102","heading":"Resolution of intention to create metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district.","body":"(1) Before creating any metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district, the board of county commissioners shall pass a resolution of intention to do so.\n(2) The resolution shall designate:\n(a) the proposed name of such district;\n(b) the necessity for the proposed district;\n(c) a general description of the territory or lands to be included within said district, giving the boundaries thereof;\n(d) the general character of the sanitary and/or storm sewer system and its proposed location;\n(e) the name of the engineer who is to have charge of the work; and\n(f) the estimated cost thereof.","path":["TITLE 7.
