{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-13-2324","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-13-2324","heading":"Notice of election on incurring bonded indebtedness.","body":"(1) The board of directors shall give notice in accordance with 13-1-108 of the holding of the election.\n(2) The notice must:\n(a) state the date of the election;\n(b) state the hours the polls will be open;\n(c) describe the boundaries of voting precincts, which may include only the lands to be benefited as stated in the resolution;\n(d) describe the purpose of the issue, the amount of bonds proposed to be issued, and the term of years for repayment of the bonds;\n(e) reference the resolution authorizing the election and state that it is available for public inspection; and\n(f) state any other information that the board considers proper.","path":["TITLE 7.
