{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-13-3003","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-13-3003","heading":"Resolution of intention to create district.","body":"(1) Before creating a district, the governing body shall pass a resolution of intention to create the district.\n(2) The resolution must designate:\n(a) the proposed name of the district;\n(b) the necessity for the proposed district;\n(c) a general description of the territory or lands to be included within the district, giving the boundaries of the district;\n(d) the general character of the system and its proposed location;\n(e) the name of the engineer who is to have charge of the work; and\n(f) the estimated cost of the district.","path":["TITLE 7.
