{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-13-3027","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-13-3027","heading":"Resolution to establish service charges -- hearing -- limitations and tax levy.","body":"The governing body may, subject to the provisions of Title 69, chapter 7, by resolution and after public hearing:\n(1) establish the rates, charges, and rentals in amounts sufficient in each year to provide income and revenue adequate for the payment of the reasonable expense of operation and maintenance of the system;\n(2) establish an additional charge for the operation and maintenance of a system and a plant; and\n(3) subject to 15-10-420, levy and assess a tax upon the taxable valuation of each and every lot or parcel of land and improvements in the district to provide sufficient revenue for the reserve fund in an amount necessary to meet the financial requirements of the fund as described in 7-13-3034 through 7-13-3039.","path":["TITLE 7.
