{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-14-4621","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-14-4621","heading":"General powers of parking commission.","body":"Each parking commission, subject to the limitations imposed by this part, shall have the following powers:\n(1) to sue and be sued, have a seal, make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient to the exercise of its powers;\n(2) to make and from time to time amend and repeal bylaws and rules, not inconsistent with this part, to carry into effect the powers and purposes thereof;\n(3) to select and appoint or remove such officers, agents, counsel, and employees, permanent and temporary, as it may require and to determine their qualifications, duties, and compensation;\n(4) to exercise all or any part or combination of the powers granted in this part;\n(5) to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary, convenient, desirable, or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this part.","path":["TITLE 7.
