{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-15-2102","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-15-2102","heading":"Petition to create county housing authority -- hearing and notice.","body":"(1) Any 25 residents of a county may file a petition with the county clerk setting forth that there is a need for a housing authority to function in the county.\n(2) Upon the filing of such a petition, the county clerk shall give notice of the time, place, and purpose of a public hearing at which the board of county commissioners will determine the need for an authority in the county.","path":["TITLE 7.
