{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-15-2106","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-15-2106","heading":"Criteria for determining if unsafe or unsanitary dwelling accommodations exist.","body":"In determining whether dwelling accommodations are unsafe or unsanitary, the board of county commissioners shall take into consideration the following:\n(1) the physical condition and age of the buildings;\n(2) the degree of overcrowding;\n(3) the percentage of land coverage;\n(4) the light and air available to the inhabitants of such dwelling accommodations;\n(5) the size and arrangement of the rooms;\n(6) the sanitary facilities; and\n(7) the extent to which conditions exist in such buildings which endanger life or property by fire or other causes.","path":["TITLE 7.
