{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-15-4439","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-15-4439","heading":"Conduct of business.","body":"(1) A simple majority of commissioners constitutes a quorum.\n(2) When the office of the first presiding officer of the authority becomes vacant, the authority shall select a presiding officer from among its members. An authority shall select from among its members a vice presiding officer.\n(3) An authority may:\n(a) employ a secretary who is the executive director, technical experts, and other officers, agents, and employees, permanent and temporary, that it may require and shall determine their qualifications, duties, and compensation;\n(b) call upon the corporation counsel or chief law officer of the city for legal services that it may require or employ its own counsel and legal staff;\n(c) delegate to one or more of its agents or employees powers or duties that it may consider proper.","path":["TITLE 7.
