If the authority conducts a public sale, the bonds may be sold after notice published once at least 10 days prior to the sale in a newspaper having a general circulation in the city and in a financial newspaper.\n(2) The bonds may be sold at private sale pursuant to 17-5-107 without any public advertisement.\n(3) The bonds may be sold at a price or prices as determined by the authority.","path":["TITLE 7.
