{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-22-2120","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-22-2120","heading":"Funding -- reporting requirements -- emergency exemption.","body":"(1) (a) Before a district applies to the state for state or federal funding, the district shall provide the department with a weed management plan, as provided in 7-22-2121, and with a copy of the resolution creating the board.\n(b) After the initial submission of the weed management plan, the district's weed management plan must be updated and submitted to the department every 2 years.\n(c) The department may adopt rules and procedures necessary to implement this section. The rules may not impair the ability of the district to meet its responsibilities.\n(2) The department may exempt a district from the requirements of subsection (1) if a noxious weed emergency is declared by the governor as provided in 80-7-815.","path":["TITLE 7.
