{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-3-4301","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-3-4301","heading":"Authorization for commission-manager form of municipal government.","body":"(1) Any municipality may abandon its organization and reorganize under the provisions of this part and part 44 by proceeding as hereinafter provided.\n(2) The form of government provided for in this part and part 44 shall be known as the commission-manager plan and shall consist of a commission of citizens, who shall be elected at large in the manner hereinafter provided.","path":["TITLE 7.
