{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-3-4309","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-3-4309","heading":"Effect of vote on question of organization.","body":"(1) If the proposition is adopted, the mayor shall transmit to the governor, to the secretary of state, and to the county clerk and recorder each a certificate stating that the proposition was adopted.\n(2) If the proposition failed, the proposition may not again be submitted to the electors within a period of 2 years after the date of the last submission.","path":["TITLE 7.
