{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-31-114","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-31-114","heading":"Disposition of sale proceeds -- sanitary coupon bond fund.","body":"The proceeds of the sales of bonds:\n(1) shall be paid over to the county treasurer, the city treasurer, or the town clerk, as the case may be, and kept as a separate and independent fund for the purposes herein provided, to be known as the sanitary coupon bond fund; and\n(2) shall be deposited and kept in such a manner and at such bank or banks as the board of county commissioners of the county or council of the city or town owning such funds may direct.","path":["TITLE 7.
