{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-34-2118","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-34-2118","heading":"Term of office.","body":"(1) The trustees elected for the first board shall serve for terms:\n(a) commencing upon their being elected and qualified; and\n(b) terminating 1, 2, and 3 years, respectively, from the first district meeting following their election and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.\n(2) Annually after the initial election there may be elected a trustee to serve for a term of 3 years and until a successor is qualified.
