{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-4-501","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-4-501","heading":"Establishment of program -- award value limited.","body":"(1) A governing body may develop and administer an employee incentive award program to appropriately recognize and monetarily reward local government employees in a timely manner for:\n(a) suggestions or inventions that contribute to the efficiency, economy, or other improvement of local government by reducing costs of governmental operations; or\n(b) participation in or successful completion of a program designed to improve employee health or enhance employee safety.\n(2) An award to an individual under this part may not exceed $50 in value.","path":["TITLE 7.
