{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-6-613","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-6-613","heading":"Procedure to transfer funds.","body":"Money may not be transferred from one fund to another except by resolution of a county or municipal governing body unless the transfer is:\n(1) previously authorized by a budget resolution;\n(2) provided for by 7-6-614;\n(3) made in the usual course of county or municipal business for:\n(a) school transfers;\n(b) tax increment finance districts;\n(c) specialized tax situations;\n(d) the purpose of distributing refunds, protested taxes, or interest charges for interest in lieu of registered warrants;\n(e) bond sinking fund transfers;\n(f) residual equity transfers;\n(g) transfers of investments; or\n(h) corrections of errors; or\n(4) otherwise authorized by statute.","path":["TITLE 7.
