{"data":{"id":"us-mt/7-7-2257","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"7-7-2257","heading":"Registration of bonds.","body":"(1) When executed by the officers of the county, the bonds must be registered by the county treasurer before being delivered to the purchaser.\n(2) The registration must show:\n(a) the date of issue, the maturities of the bonds subject to early redemption and the redemption dates, and the date when the bonds become due; and\n(b) the amount of all payments of both principal and interest required on each bond, with the dates when the payments must be paid.","path":["TITLE 7.
