{"data":{"id":"us-mt/72-15-204","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"72-15-204","heading":"Duty to keep register.","body":"It is the duty of the public administrator to keep a book to be labeled \"Register of Public Administrator\" in which the public administrator shall enter:\n(1) the name of every deceased person on whose estate the public administrator administers;\n(2) the date of granting letters;\n(3) money received;\n(4) the property and its value;\n(5) proceeds of all sales of property;\n(6) the amount of the public administrator's fees;\n(7) the expenses of administration;\n(8) the amount of the estate after all charges and expenses have been paid;\n(9) the disposition of the property on distribution;\n(10) the date of discharge of administrator; and\n(11) other matters that may be necessary to give a full and complete history of each estate administered by the public administrator.","path":["TITLE 72.
