{"data":{"id":"us-mt/72-38-203","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"72-38-203","heading":"Jurisdiction over trustees and beneficiaries.","body":"Subject to 72-38-204:\n(1) by accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the trustee submits personally to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter;\n(2) to the extent of their interests in the trust, all beneficiaries of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state are subject to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter; and\n(3) by accepting a distribution from a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the recipient submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust.","path":["TITLE 72.
