{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-10-442","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-10-442","heading":"Moratorium on certain hazardous waste facility permits.","body":"(1) Until October 1, 1993, the department may not issue a permit under 75-10-406 for a boiler or industrial furnace that burns hazardous waste or hazardous waste-derived fuel.\n(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of (1), the department shall proceed in a reasonable and timely manner in adopting rules implementing 75-10-406 and in processing applications required under 75-10-406.","path":["TITLE 75.
