{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-10-757","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-10-757","heading":"Civil penalty.","body":"(1) A district court may assess a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 per day upon a person that violates the provisions of 75-10-756.\n(2) An action under this section is not a bar to enforcement by injunction or other appropriate civil remedy.\n(3) The penalty provided for in subsection (1) is recoverable in an action brought by the property owner.
