{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-11-707","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-11-707","heading":"Rulemaking authority.","body":"The department may adopt rules to implement the provisions of this part and to:\n(1) prescribe the form and content of applications for assistance from the brownfields site redevelopment fund;\n(2) apply eligibility criteria for awarding assistance from the brownfields site redevelopment fund;\n(3) establish additional terms and conditions for assistance from the brownfields site redevelopment fund;\n(4) establish maximum amounts for an individual award of assistance from the brownfields site redevelopment fund, if considered appropriate and necessary for the successful administration of the program;\n(5) ensure compliance of the program with the provisions of the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act, Public Law 107-118, and rules promulgated under the act unless these matters are specifically governed by 75-11-708; and\n(6) maintain the financial integrity of the program.","path":["TITLE 75.
