{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-15-215","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-15-215","heading":"Restrictions as to location.","body":"No license may be granted for the establishment, maintenance, or operation of a junkyard within 1,000 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of a highway on the interstate or primary systems except a license may be granted for a junkyard:\n(1) screened by natural objects, planted objects, fences, or other appropriate means so as not to be visible from the main-traveled way of any such highway or otherwise removed from sight;\n(2) located within an area zoned for industrial use under authority of law;\n(3) located within an unzoned industrial area, as determined from actual land uses and defined by rules promulgated by the department of transportation;\n(4) that is not visible from the main-traveled way of any such highway.","path":["TITLE 75.
