{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-2-427","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-2-427","heading":"Deposit of noncompliance penalty fees.","body":"All noncompliance penalties collected by the department pursuant to 75-2-421 through 75-2-429 shall be deposited in the state special revenue fund until a final determination and adjustment have been made as provided in 75-2-424 and amounts have been deducted by the department for costs attributable to implementation of 75-2-421 through 75-2-429 and for contract costs incurred pursuant to 75-2-422(3), if any. After a final determination has been made and additional payments or refunds have been made, the penalty money remaining shall be transferred to the state general fund.","path":["TITLE 75.
