{"data":{"id":"us-mt/75-5-905","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"75-5-905","heading":"Prohibitions and exceptions.","body":"(1) In counties that meet the requirements of 75-5-904, a household cleaning product may not be distributed, sold, offered, or exposed for sale if it contains phosphorus in concentrations in excess of a trace quantity.\n(2) The following cleaning agents and other products containing phosphorus are exempt from the provisions of this section:\n(a) those used in food or beverage processing;\n(b) those used by health care services and facilities;\n(c) those used by institutional or commercial establishments;\n(d) those used for industrial processes; and\n(e) those used for agricultural operations.","path":["TITLE 75.
