{"data":{"id":"us-mt/76-15-544","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"76-15-544","heading":"Eligibility for loan.","body":"A district may award a loan to a land occupier to finance a conservation practice only if a majority of the district supervisors find, based on the application and the supervisors' investigation and evaluation of the proposal, that:\n(1) the conservation practice will be economically feasible;\n(2) the conservation practice will comply with statutory and regulatory standards protecting the quality of resources such as air, water, land, fish, wildlife, and recreational opportunities;\n(3) the applicant has adequate financial resources to construct, operate, develop, and maintain the conservation practice; and\n(4) the applicant is credit-worthy and is able and willing to enter into a contract with the district for loan repayment and for construction, operation, development, and maintenance of the proposed conservation practice.","path":["TITLE 76.
