The department may by rule establish a noxious weed management program that may include direct compensation for noxious weed control activities or participation in district and county weed control projects or department-initiated weed control activities.\n(2) Funding for this program must come from appropriations from the trust land administration account provided for in 77-1-108.","path":["TITLE 77.
