A warehouse operator shall keep a copy on file in a convenient place in each warehouse. If an office is maintained in connection with the warehouse, a copy of the grades and rules shall be kept on file in the office. A placard notice must be posted in a conspicuous place in every warehouse and office, reading \"A copy of Montana grades and rules is on file here for information of interested parties\".\n(2) A warehouse operator shall exhibit a copy of the grades and rules to any interested party at any warehouse or office and permit the interested party to examine the copy.","path":["TITLE 80.
