Fees may be established for:\n(a) processing applications;\n(b) per acre inspection of forage;\n(c) inspection of facilities;\n(d) minimum administration;\n(e) inspection related to processing or manufacturing forage into pellets, cubes, and related products;\n(f) certification identification markers;\n(g) mileage and per diem; and\n(h) import inspection.\n(2) Fees, structures, and procedures must be recommended to the department by the advisory council.","path":["TITLE 80.
