{"data":{"id":"us-mt/82-11-127--2","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"82-11-127","heading":"(Effective on occurrence of contingency) Prohibited activity.","body":"(1) A person may not:\n(a) cause pollution of any state waters or place or cause to be placed any liquid, gaseous, solid, or other substance in a location where the substance is likely to cause pollution of any state waters;\n(b) violate any provision set forth in a permit or stipulation, including but not limited to limitations and conditions contained in it;\n(c) violate an order issued pursuant to this chapter; or\n(d) violate a provision of this chapter.\n(2) A person may not drill, construct, convert, or operate a class II injection well or a carbon dioxide injection well or drill an oil or gas well or stratigraphic test well or core hole as described under 82-11-134 without a valid permit or order from the board.","path":["TITLE 82.
