{"data":{"id":"us-mt/85-15-210","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"85-15-210","heading":"Preparation and approval of plans.","body":"(1) A person may not begin construction of a high-hazard dam as determined under 85-15-209 without first obtaining a construction permit from the department.\n(2) An application for a construction permit must be submitted to the department and must contain:\n(a) plans and specifications for the proposed construction, prepared by or under the direction of an engineer experienced in dam design and construction; and\n(b) other data and information required by the department.\n(3) Within 60 calendar days after receipt of the application and any additional information requested by the department, the department shall:\n(a) issue a construction permit or deny the application, as filed; or\n(b) issue a construction permit upon terms, conditions, or modifications the department considers appropriate.","path":["TITLE 85.
