{"data":{"id":"us-mt/85-2-803","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"85-2-803","heading":"Legislative review.","body":"(1) A diversion of water from the basin pursuant to Article X of the compact consented to by the department under the provisions of this part may not be made until one of the following occurs, whichever is later:\n(a) the legislature ratifies the first determination of the department to consent to a diversion of water from the basin pursuant to Article X of the compact; or\n(b) July 1, 1983.\n(2) A decision by the department to disapprove a diversion of water is not subject to legislative approval.","path":["TITLE 85.
